ON SITE INSPECTION
On-site quality control allows us to detect any problem during the manufacturing process of the solar panel. In ensure great benefits:
- Replacement of defect panels before shipment
- Review of all the PV technical requirements
- Prevent any defect panels arriving at destination
- Reach the target power for any solar installation
PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT
GreenWire uses state-of-the art equipment to check every possible defect on your solar panels directly at the factory before loading.
Infra-red cameras to identify any possible hot spots. Hot spots can result in a decrease in tension for the module and reduce it’s output.
PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT

Flash test machine, to see the real output of the panel at STC condition. Only positive tolerance panels can pass our QC.
EL test machines, to scan the solar panel. Being able to see into the cells of the panels allows us to see any micro-crack, dead cells and low-quality cells.
If any of the previous defect occur, then the panels are replaced directly at the factory, before shipment
QC CHECKPOINT
- Raw Material Origin
- 3 EL tests: before lamination, post lamination, pre-packing + flash test
- Visual inspection on each component of the panel
- Mechanical inspection: weight of the components and data conformity, size, gap test, load test and rub test
- Random sample selection based on ISO 2859-1:1999
